• Notice only: Santa's letter + the Notice of Tiny Wobble with a 10-night tick chart, in a Special Review Delivery envelope.
• Notice + Nice List: everything above, PLUS a second envelope to give later: Santa's Nice List letter and a Nice List certificate with a real red seal. Both arrive together in one parcel; you keep the second one hidden and hand it over when they've tried.

3. Check and approve your proof. We send it after you finish the form, usually within about 30 minutes.
4. We print and post it to you.

• Is my child really on the Naughty List? No. The notice says so clearly: "This is not the Naughty List."
• Will Santa mention anything sensitive? Free-text answers are read by a real person first, and you see a proof before anything is printed.
• Can I fix the name? Yes, name fixes are free before printing.
• Is it a printable? No, everything is printed and posted to you.
• Is this an document? No, it's a novelty letter for fun.

When will it arrive?
Order by 16 December. Approve your letter and we post it within 1–2 working days. We can’t guarantee an exact delivery date.
Can I check it before it's printed?
Yes. After you order, we email you a short form. You then see the finished letter and approve it, or ask for a change. Nothing is printed until you approve.
