Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the UK, including Northern Ireland, and to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. We don't deliver anywhere else yet, including the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery cost and service

Delivery is free on every order and goes by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Checkout shows the final total before you pay.

Personalised letters

After checkout we email you a private link to a short form. When you've sent it, we email you the letter to check. Nothing is printed until you approve it, and we post it once you do. Order and approve your letter by 16 December. If we haven't heard from you near the deadline, we'll email you first.

Ready-printed products

There's nothing to fill in for these. We print them exactly as ordered and check any name before printing. Order by 16 December.

Delivery times

Royal Mail delivers your parcel, so we can't promise the exact day. Royal Mail's delivery time starts when we post it. It doesn't include the time to fill in the form and approve your letter.

Following your letter

Your private letter room shows recorded progress and tracking when it's available. Creating a postage label doesn't mean the parcel has been handed to Royal Mail. You can follow Royal Mail tracking at Track your item.

Address changes, delays or damage

Please contact us promptly if your address needs correcting, your delivery is delayed, or an item arrives damaged. We'll check the stage of your order and explain the next step. A change request isn't confirmed until we've checked it.

Use the help area in your private letter room or email info@clauspost.com, quoting your order number. Please don't include your child's personal details in a general email.
