Your order

The product page describes the contents, options and price of the set you choose. Check the basket, delivery address and total before paying. Your order confirmation records what you purchased. A later change to our range does not change an existing order.

Personalised products

Please enter names and other details accurately and check the proof when your product includes one. Nothing is printed until the letter is approved. If we haven't heard from you near your deadline, we'll email you first.

Name-only certificates use the name entered when ordering and do not include a routine proof. Blank certificates and pre-written sets are supplied as ordered for you to complete at home.

Christmas delivery

Order by 16 December for Christmas. Then add your child's details and approve the proof promptly, because we print once it's approved. The form and proof step applies to personalised letters, not fixed printed stationery. We will contact you if a problem affects your order. A North Pole passport or invitation is a keepsake; travel, admission and event bookings are not included.

Returns and problems

For non-personalised goods bought online, you normally have 14 days after receipt to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return them. Contact us for return instructions before posting. You pay the direct return cost for a change of mind. We refund the product and eligible standard outbound delivery charge within the applicable legal period; we may wait until the goods or evidence of return arrive. A lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

The change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your statutory rights. Contact us promptly so we can help. Do not send a return to an address without checking the return instructions.

Your text and our artwork

You retain your rights in the information and text you supply. You give us permission to use it only as needed to prepare, check, fulfil and support your order, including through the service providers described in our privacy policy. This is not permission to use a child’s details in advertising. Our artwork and stationery designs remain protected; purchasing a physical set does not transfer rights to reproduce or resell the designs.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the mandatory consumer protections and rights to use your local courts that apply to you.
