You may be able to upload or submit content for your personalised letters. By doing so, you grant Claus Post a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing the requested services.

Limitation of Liability

Claus Post will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

Payment

Payment for all services must be made in accordance with our pricing structure. Claus Post reserves the right to alter prices at any time, upon prior notice, unless a specific price is agreed upon for an ongoing project.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations may be made in accordance with our cancellation policy before the draft approval stage. Once the draft is approved, cancellations are no longer permitted for personalised products. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

Modification of Terms

Claus Post reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms of service.

Governing Law

These terms of service, along with any separate agreements through which we provide services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
