We will email you a draft of the letter for your confirmation. Please ensure you've provided the correct email address, and keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder) for our email. This step is essential to ensure your child's letter is perfect!

📦 Delivery Information

All Santa letters are sent together in one magical package via Royal Mail's 48-hour service, which can take about 2 to 5 working days to arrive. You can track your order using the Pole Mail Tracking or Royal Mail website to make sure it’s on its way!
