Tell us the little things only you know: the bike they finally rode, the new baby brother, the hamster called Biscuit. We turn them into a warm letter in Santa's voice, with a funny story from the North Pole, then print it on antique-coloured paper and post it to your door. It is a printed letter, not a download.

How it works
- Order. Choose the edition and the sender. We email you a short private form.
- Tell us about them. About five minutes: their name, a proud moment, the things they love.
- Approve it. Read the letter and ask for any change. Nothing is printed until you approve.
Delivery
Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 to every UK address, including Northern Ireland and the islands. We post within 1–2 working days of your approval, in a plain outer envelope so the surprise stays safe at the door. For Christmas, order, send the form and approve by 16 December.

Which ages is it for?
For children of any age – we match the words to their age.
I have two children. Do they share a letter?
No. Set the quantity to the number of children and each gets a letter of their own.
Can I send it to my grandchild?
Yes. Forward the form to their parent to fill in, and we can post the letter straight to the child.

When will it arrive?
Order and approve your letter by 16 December. We post it free by Royal Mail Tracked 48 once you approve it. Royal Mail delivers it, so we can't promise the exact day.
Can I check it before it's printed?
Yes. After you order, we email you a short form. You then see the finished letter and approve it, or ask for a change. Nothing is printed until you approve.
I have more than one child.
Set the number of children for one edition, or add each edition to your basket separately. Each child gets their own form and their own letter to check.
Can I send it to a grandchild?
Yes. Use their home address as the delivery address at checkout and we post it straight there in a plain outer envelope. The form and the letter to check come to your email.
